Cup making machine: it is a host machine for producing disposable plastic cups. It can produce various products with molds, such as disposable plastic cups, jelly cups, disposable plastic bowls, soybean milk cups, snack packing bowls, etc. To produce different products, it is necessary to replace the corresponding molds.
Mold: It is installed on the cup making machine and is specially customized according to the product. Generally, a product corresponds to a set of molds. When a certain type of product has the same caliber but different capacity and height, mold accessories can be replaced to achieve the purpose of multiple use of the first mock examination and greatly save costs.
Sheet machine: It is used to process disposable plastic cup raw materials. Plastic particles are made into sheets, rolled into buckets for later use, and then transported to the cup machine for heating and forming into plastic cups.
Crusher: There will be some leftover scraps in production, which can be crushed into particles and continue to be used, and are not considered waste.

Packaging machine: The outer plastic bag of supermarket cups is automatically packaged by the packaging machine. After the cup stacking machine completes the stacking, it is automatically counted and sealed by the packaging machine.
Robot arm: Cup making machines can not only make cups, but also various products that conform to the molding principle, such as lunch boxes, freshness boxes, etc. For situations where the cup stacking machine cannot stack, a robot arm can be used to grasp and stack.
Color printing machine: Printing patterns and text for milk tea cups, packaged beverage cups, yogurt cups, etc.
Automatic feeding machine: Automatically adds plastic raw materials to the sheet machine, saving time and effort.
