Forming station- Servo control molding up and down guide plate and drawing plate, as well as blow valve, vacuum valve and blowback valve, play the role of plastic molding, is the core parts of the machine. Forming,cutting die servo-driven,two-way adjustable for upper and lower mold stroke,in which the upper mold electric adjustable in clamping direction. The upper and bwer molds height position can be adjusted conveniently and fast under the clamping state;lower mold in clamping direction readily accessible buffer,increasing the clamping speed,avoiding shock.

Cutting station- The servo control cuts the upper and lower guides and tools, which play the role of cutting edges and separating product waste.

Stacking station- Servo control push, clamp, up and down, front and back, rotation of five mechanical components, in four different ways to achieve the finished product stacking and delivery.
