Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine

Automatic Plastic Cup Thermoforming Machine is mainly using PP/HIPS/PET/PLA/PVC sheet into making various kinds of disposable plastic cups, such as hot/cold drinking cup, ice-cream cup, yogurt cup, milk cup, jelly cup, juice cup,etc. It could also make some regular shape products, such as plate, bowl, cover, dish, box, etc with different moulds.

Our plastic cup thermoforming machine has such features:
1) The stretching of plugs inside of the upper mould are controlled by air cylinder or servomotor.
2) The sheet feeding is driven by pin chain. The pin chain is controlled by motor with inverter or servomotor and the feeding length can be set through touch screen.
3) It adopts four pillars to fix the mould. We could adopt four pillars to fix the mould.
4) The up mould is fixed and the mould plate movement is driven by servomotor.
5) The temperature of each zone is controlled by Temperature control module.
6) The production process include sheet feeding, heating, plugs stretching, forming and in-mould cutting and blow final products out.
7) We adopt square steel to make the machine frame stronger.

This machine uses PLC control, the whole system HMI (human-machine interface) and uses Chinese and English interface (can be customized in other languages). The machine has included button operation and all process parameters can be set and modify, so that the equipment is easy to operate and maintain.

The whole machine is divided into manual/automatic mode, all setup operations are realized on the touch screen; when the operator places the material well, press the automatic startup equipment to complete the whole process of molding technology once, manual is mainly used for mold changing or sample starting control.

Machine body: welded or spliced with steel structure profiles, the overall steel structure frame has enough strength and rigidity. All metal surfaces are treated with anti-rust treatment and bottom sprayed with anti-rust paint; common and standardized parts are used in the structure, which is convenient for maintenance and replacement of all parts in the later stage.

Pulling piece adopts servo motor control, can adjust different speed or length, faster, accurate, stable, and at the same time with material exit function, to avoid material waste.
Mold table lifting is driven by servo motor, can be independently divided into rising and falling, to meet the different heights of products, to the fastest speed production.
The electric furnace adopts voltage temperature control, which makes the temperature more moderate and easy to control, and the power consumption is low.
Built-in water transportation cooling system with chiller cabinet cooling molding, at the same time with heat insulation board, beam water transportation, more quickly.
Equipped with product counting function
Production efficiency is about 20pieces per cycle.
PLC program has set up 100 groups of memory system, the user can download the parameters of production in the memory file, to be repeated when the production is taken out to use, convenient, time-saving.
